Eligibility for Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only eligible for defective or damaged products covered under our 12-month warranty.
Time Frame for Returns
Customers who receive a defective or damaged product should contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. This time frame ensures prompt resolution while the product is still in an unused condition.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused. It may be opened from its original packaging but must be in its original condition with all parts included.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact email]. We will guide you through the process and arrange return shipping. The return shipping cost will be split equally, with 50% covered by the customer and 50% covered by Roll Therapy.
Refund Method
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method via bank transfer. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
